Connect your Workable and Lever ATS systems with The Hub.

In this page you will find a detailed, step by step guide on how to integrate either ATS systems with your account at The Hub.

Integrate Workable and The Hub


This integration will allow you to manage the applicants for your jobs at The Hub directly in Workable.

In order to make the integration work:
1. Connect your Workable and The Hub accounts 

2. Connect each job post individually.

Connect Workable account with your The Hub account

  1. Log in to your startup account at The Hub.

  2. Click to Settings → Integrations. Here you’ll find a section called “Applicant tracking system”, click “Connect ATS”.



  3. Select “Workable”.

  4. When you select Workable, a pop-up will be shown (make sure your browser has a permission for pop-ups). It will prompt you to log into your Workable account.

  1. Click “Save and Connect”. After this, the site will direct you to Workable website, where you input your username and password for your Workable account.

  2. Done! You’ve connected the two accounts.




Connect jobs between The Hub and Workable

For each job position, you will need to manually create two identical jobs: one at Workable and one at The Hub. Then connect the two.
Each job is connected individually so you have the option of not connecting certain jobs if you want to. You can either create a new job at the Hub or connect an existing job.

  1. To create a new job at the Hub, click “Add new job”. Put in all information normally. In the last section called “ATS”, you can manage the platform where applicants will be sent to.



    To connect a job already existing at the Hub click “Edit job” on the “Jobs” tab. In the last section called “ATS”, you can manage the platform where applicants will be sent to. 




  2. Choose “Workable” to get all the applicants for your job at The Hub automatically sent to your Workable account. 

  3. Choose which existing job in Workable you want The Hub job to be connected to. All the applicants will be directed under this chosen job in Workable.


Manage applicants through Workable

  1. Log in to your Workable account.

  2. On your “Jobs” tab, under the specific job position, you will find all applicants that have applied to the position through The Hub. All applicants coming from The Hub will have their CV’s and other documents hosted at The Hub, accessible to you through a link in their profile on Workable. 

  3. From here on you can proceed with the applicants normally. 








Integrate Lever and The Hub


This integration will allow you to manage the applicants for your jobs at the Hub directly in Lever.co.

In order to make the integration work:
1. Connect your accounts at The Hub and Lever.co. 

2. Connect each job post individually.


Connect Lever account with your The Hub account

  1. Log in to your startup account at The Hub.

  2. Click to Settings → Integrations. Here you’ll find a section called “Applicant tracking system”, click “Connect ATS”.

  3. Select “Lever.co”

  4. Insert your Lever account name and your Lever API key. 



    Find your Lever account name:
    To find your account name, login to your Lever account. Click on “Settings” in the dropdown menu in the top left corner. Go to the “Job site” tab. Your account name can be found in the “External job site URL” column (e.g. https://jobs.lever.co/thehub - your account name is then: thehub). 




    Find your API key:
    To access your API key, login to your Lever account. Click on “Settings” in the dropdown menu in the top left corner. Go to the “Integrations” tab and click on “API Credentials”. Your API key can be found here. 



Connect jobs between The Hub and Lever.

FAQ 


Which ATS systems can be integrated to The Hub?

Can I have multiple ATS systems integrated with The Hub?

Right now you can only have one ATS system integrated with The Hub. Although, in case you entirely change ATS systems, you can also change the ATS system integrated with The Hub. 


Can I have applicants for some of our jobs managed through The Hub and some through ATS system?

Yes. You can choose individually in every job postings where you want to manage the applicants (The Hub or your ATS system).


What happens if I disconnect an ATS system from The Hub?

If you disconnect an ATS system from your The Hub account, every job you have connected to the ATS system is disconnected. In case you want to reconnect an ATS system, you need to also reconnect each job individually. 


Can I change the applicant management platform in the middle of a job?

Yes you can. In case you want to change from your own ATS system back to The Hub managing platform in the middle of a certain job application, all information on applicants will be moved back to the Hub. This also works vice versa in case you have first used The Hub managing platform and then you want to change into a different ATS system.
